Earth provides enough to satisfy every man’s needs, but not every man’s greed.

World Conservation Day is a global call to action to protect and preserve the Earth’s natural heritage. By coming together and collectively committing to sustainable practices, we can ensure that future generations inherit a healthy and thriving planet. Every individual has a role to play in conservation, and this annual observance serves as a reminder that the fate of our planet lies in our hands.

As the world grappled with the consequences of human-induced environmental degradation, it became increasingly crucial to educate and empower the youth to take action for a sustainable future. GGS has organized an awareness session on climate change and global warming. This session by environmentalists and founding member of SICA – Sustainable International Cities Alliance Mr. Akash Bansal & Biologist Miss Silvia Martín Muñoz aimed to enlighten learners about the gravity of the situation and inspired them to become eco-conscious leaders.

The climate change and global warming awareness session at GGS succeeded in instilling eco-consciousness and environmental stewardship in the hearts of young minds.

By fostering a deep understanding of the challenges faced and the available solutions, the session empowered learners to take concrete steps towards building a sustainable future. Together, they stood united in their commitment to protect the planet for generations to come and act towards UN SDG 13: Climate Action.
