Admission Procedure

Admission Procedure

At GGS, we aim to make the admission process as seamless as possible. Parents and guardians can either visit our school admission office or submit an inquiry form through our official website. Our dedicated team will guide you through the next steps for a smooth enrolment experience.

Steps to Admission:

  • Inquiry:
After an online or walk-in inquiry, a GGS counsellor will connect with you to address your questions and collect the necessary details.
  • Counsellor Interaction:
During this interaction, the counsellor will share a comprehensive overview of the school’s key highlights and achievements, admission process and criteria, fee structure, payment options, and the documentation required.
  • Campus Tour:
To help parents experience the school environment, we encourage a campus tour. This visit provides insights into our facilities, infrastructure, class capacity, academic programs, values, vision, and mission.
  • Eligibility Test & Child Counsellor Interaction
As part of the admission process, the child will appear for an eligibility test appropriate for his/her grade level. This is followed by an interaction with our child psychologist, Sureshkumar Sheroan, to understand the child’s learning profile and overall readiness.
  • Principal / Vice Principal Interaction
Once the counselling stage is completed, parents will meet the principal or the respective grade’s Vice Principal for further discussion and to understand each other’s expectations more clearly.
  • Admission Application
Upon receiving approval, parents/guardians may proceed with the admission by paying the processing fee. After the payment, they will receive the Admission Form, which must be filled in and submitted for further processing.
  • Documentation & Fee Submission
All required documents, along with the First Quarter Fees, must be submitted with the Admission Form. The processing fee will be adjusted in the First Quarter Fees.
